I was struggling with knee pain for 2 months that was getting worse! When I was diagnosed with a meniscus tear, I was afraid that I wouldn’t be able to run again. It hurt just to walk, forget running, skiing, yoga… At first I asked everyone I knew for help- and got tons of advice. I wasn’t getting better. A friend suggested that I try just one person and see how that worked. I decided to work with Dr. Lynne. A month after her guidance I was able to run a mile with run/walk intervals. 2 months later I was able to run 3 miles straight with hills. 5 months later I was back on the ski slopes!!! Recently, during a run, I ran a mile at a 7:45 min/mile pace! I hadn’t done that in over 18 months!!!

I am a Navy veteran who discovered a passion for fitness while on serving overseas. Since leaving military service, I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for 19 years as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and physical therapy practitioner. I live an active life with my husband and daughter, and I’ve participated in many sports such as distance running, triathlons, volleyball, tennis, hiking, rock climbing, golf, yoga, and stand up paddle boarding.
I believe that we are all athletes in the game of life. It is my desire to EDUCATE, EMPOWER, and TRANSFORM athletes and active adults of all ages, like you. I want you to Move with Courage so you can stay in the game FOR LIFE!
